Rebel Train - No Stopping Now

Rebel Train is a southern influenced aggressive rock and roll band. Built on grass roots and straight forward rock and roll, this band brings energy, emotion, and conviction to the stage with an intensity that commands attention.

Rebel Train formed in November, 1997 when Steve Kyle, Singer and Guitarist, moved back home to St Louis, Missouri after a three year stay in Memphis, Tennessee where he found his heart and soul as a musician and songwriter. He first met up with former bandmate Bob Taylor on Drums, then Nathan "Hurricane" Floyd on Bass and Barry Hollander, also on Guitar. All Members have performed in local and regional bands throughout the country making Rebel Train an eclectic and well seasoned group.

Rebel Train released their debut CD "Laying Tracks" in May, 1998. Their sophomore effort "No Stopping Now" was released in December, 2000. Most recently, the third Rebel Train CD "Nothing Sacred" was released in March, 2005. All releases are self produced and distributed world wide to great reviews.

In recent years Barry Hollander and Bob Taylor have left the band. Floyd Penelton, an outstanding musician with world Wide touring experience is now playing drums and contributing to vocals as well. Rebel Train currently performs as a powerful three piece band heavily influenced by groups like Nickelback, Ozzy Osbourne, 3 Doors Down and ZZ Topp.

Rebel Train is completely devoted to their fans. With an ever increasing mailing list, an average of 1000 hits per week (to date) on and ten to twenty live shows per month, the band keeps in constant contact with thousands of music lovers.

Rebel Train has appeared on Channel 2 KTVI St Louis and Channel 4 KMOV St Louis where they received the viewer's choice award for week ten of the Midcoast Mania video show featuring local and regional bands.
